Refund Policy
- No Cancellation/Refund: – All prepaid orders placed successfully on www.fastway.com by using various payment modes including Credit/Debit card or Net banking by users will be treated as confirmed orders.
- No Cancellation request will be accepted from the user and No Refund will be processed against any request.
Return / Exchange Policy
- No Return No Exchange policy on the successfully delivered product as ordered.
- All products of Fastway Cycles Ltd. are covered for 1 year (One Year) warranty against any manufacturing defect.
- We will replace the defective rubber parts (Tires & Tubes Only) against manufacturing defects within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
- We will not take back the item (complete bicycle) for the reason that does not look like a picture we display on the website.
Faqs
Can I cancel an order?
No, you are not allowed to cancel your online order. We have no cancellation/refund policy, for it is heavy and we will not refund your entire ordered amount.
Can I change the selected Cycle model with other models?
Yes, the Customer can send us a request within 72 hours of the order confirmation through an email at info@fastwaybicycle.com if he/she wants to change the model of Cycle selected during his successful order.
The difference of amount must be transferred to Fastway Cycles account shared on email. Post confirmation of payment received order will be reprocessed as per request.
Please note that in case of change in Model request, the Order date will be considered from the date of variance amount received from the customer. Freight charges (Both Saide) has to be borne by you.
